safety of technician.

Standard working condition mentioned contains the following factors


A. Environmental temperature is 20 ℃ with standard atmospheric pressure; altitude ≤2000m;
B. Average moisture content of cold aggregate <5%;
C. Hot aggregate temperature <160 ℃;
D. Finished materials is medium-grained, the density of cold aggregate ≥1600kg/m3;
E. Sand content <35%;
F. The ratio of aggregate shall meet the national standard. Dust content of cold aggregate ≤3%;
G. Cold aggregate should be clean enough without too much dirt or other material. Cold aggregate gradation should be
continuous;
H. Cold aggregate shall not contain large amounts of oversized material, otherwise it will cause blocking, resulting in
reduced ability to supply aggregate;
I. Moisture content of powder must be less than 0.5%, and there should be no lumping or arching, otherwise it will
cause supplying interruption or lag, which can affect the productivity;

PART VI. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

1. Design conditions and Precautions


Production capacity refers to the production capacity of the equipment under standard conditions, that is, the following
conditions are met:
A. Ambient temperature 20℃, standard atmospheric pressure;
B. The average water content of cold aggregate is <5%;
C. hot aggregate temperature <160℃;
D. The finished material is medium-grain type, that is, the stone material weight is≥1600kg/m3;
E. The content of stone chips or sand in the cold material ratio is <35%;
F. The aggregate of the stockyard should meet the requirements of the relevant national technical specifications; the
cold aggregate dust content is not more than 3%;
G. The cold aggregate must be clean, free of excessive dirt and debris, and must not contain a large amount of
super-size material. The gradation of cold aggregates should be continuous;
H. The water content of the powder must be less than 0.5%, the amount of powder added is not more than 8%; and
there should be no agglomeration or arching;
I. Asphalt should have good wrap performance. In the standard mixing cycle, the aggregate should be completely evenly
coated with asphalt. The asphalt temperature should be controlled within 150℃ ± 5℃ (common asphalt).

2. Specific Requirements For Fuel


For heavy oils in oil burners, be sure to meet the technical specifications in the table below:
A. calorific value ≥ 9600kcal / kg; B. 50℃ when the kinematic viscosity ≤ 180cst;
C. mechanical impurity content ≤ 0.3%; D. moisture ≤ 3%;
The user must purchase according to the requirements of the burner oil requirements, and require the oil supplier to
provide relevant quality certification documents such as oil test report, and the fuel used must have good combustion
performance and atomization performance. It is strictly forbidden to use various corrosive fuels.
3. User Provided And Burdened Projects
A. The cable required for the transformer to the control room; the cable required for the transformer to the heat
transfer oil furnace control cabinet.
B. Users should increase the foundation concrete according to the local geological conditions according to the
basic plane construction drawings provided by our company, or redesign the installation foundation and ancillary
facilities that are suitable for the equipment.
C. Cranes, power supplies, electrical welding equipment and the necessary tools for assembly and installation
work; lubricants and greases required for equipment; materials, materials and other consumables used in
foundations.
D. Materials, sand and gravel, asphalt, fuel oil, dump trucks, loaders and operators required during commissioning
and production; all facilities that need to be tested and tested.
E. If the equipment contains a heat-conducting oil furnace, the heat-conducting oil is supplied by the user and the
temperature is 320℃.
F. The power system is powered by a single-loop three-phase four-wire system. If there are special requirements,
it should be indicated in the contract. G. Other required equipment, tools, and work that are not described in this
configuration and parameters.
H. According to the local conditions, the lightning protection grounding facilities are the responsibility of the user
unit.
