Terms and Conditions:

1. The Payment will be done milestone basis

a. Milestone 1 Project Kick-off
b. Milestone 2 After Certificate Submission to SoftLogique
2. The work is to be completed within 4 days from release of work order.
3. Taxes will be paid on actuals over the project amount.
4. The project during development will be hosted at your own server. The same will be transferred to client server after completion
of project.
5. The project cost does not include any T.A/D.A. The same will be paid over actuals.
6. Bill is to be raised in favour of “SoftLogique IT Solutions (P) Ltd” as and when milestones of project are completed.
7. Payment will be made within 15 days of acceptance of bill.
8. Please quote your TAN Number while raising the invoice.
9. TDS will be deducted as per Government norms.
