Regional Service Improvement Lead

You will

• Participate in RAN optimisation and network improvement activities in regional level


• Developing career path to be an authority in people management or project management
• Will assist in the development of a service proposal
• Assist in presales activity engagement and support
• Collect and document customer requirements, analyse and react respectively to increase our customer
happiness rate
• Participate in knowledge sharing activities for building competence in the team

To be successful in the role you must have

• Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or at least 5 years
above experience in Optimisation, planning experience will be a plus point
• Depth technical knowledge in 4G & 2G, experience in 5G will be an advantage.
• Rich experience in RAN tuning and optimisation, familiar with features and parameters, log and trace
analysis. Familiar with delivery tools including Drive Test tools, Performance tools, Planning tools
• Be responsible for scope, defining and crafting solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
• Analyse customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis. Work with
core team on list of potential activities and solutions
• Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations. Support Account
team for business approach as customer solution representative
• Support deployment of solution and provide feedback to R&D
• Participate in RAN optimization and radio network planning design delivery
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing, act as a mentor to other
team members. Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution
to enable customer competence build

To be successful in the role you must have

• Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years above experiences in Radio Network Optimization and Planning
• Demonstrated ability in RF planning, optimization, fundamental of transmission and core, depth
technical knowledge in GSM &, LTE. Rich experience in RAN tuning and optimisation, familiar with
features and parameters, log and trace analysis
• Demonstrated experience in Customer Experience analysis. Able to prepare high level design for presales
or customer high level engagement, experience in capacity forecast and dimensioning
• Solid Portfolio in customer engagement, head of department and or C-Suite, good eye for business,
about to propose customer or convey customer needs to business, able to take lead of delivery team as
delivery solution architect. Innovation in automation to speed up delivery efficiency.
