These days, the computers aren’t getting enough maintenance and care for their
every day use. This why we’ve decided to plan and continue with the software and
hardware maintenance project, to update, clean and install new programs that are
useful for many students in the university. First, we need to check the equipment
functioning, make an inventory, request authorization to modify the equipment,
cleaning all the hardware, build back all of the equipment properly, check and
optimize the computers software.
After finishing all the maintenance, a new inventory will be done to check
everything back to and make sure every single computer has been checked and its
working properly with updated programs to it.
In our project, we have the support from the man in charge of the computer center
and we also have the computer management knowledge and with that, we are
hoping that our project would work as good as we planned.
