Our fixed price Readiness Assessment actually comprises a series of one-day workshops, each designed to assess your current environment, processes and requirements, and results in a mutually agreed Statement of Work. Every Readiness Assessment begins with a comprehensive overview of ConfigMgr and its new features, before we move on to review your current environment and processes, to agree your requirements and to record any key deliverables. If you are upgrading from SMS 2003, we will review your existing deployment, then discuss the migration options available to you; if this is your first systems management solution, we will review your current applications and operating systems, before discussing your client implementation options and any training needs you may have. As part of the Readiness Assessment we will also suggest additional software or solutions that will satisfy any requirements that are not addressed by ConfigMgr. At the end of the Readiness Assessment you will receive a high level suggested design which will include our planned high level approach to your ConfigMgr migration or deployment and an indication of any additional infrastructure that may be required. We will also provide a Statement of Work covering realistic project and deployment timescales and costings.
