Sports and The Olympic Games

Sports are a physical activity which can be both indoor and outdoor depending on what sport you
are playing. Sports have a great impact on people’s life. It can help improve and maintain a
person’s skill and physical ability. There are many health benefits of doing sports activities like
lower body fat, relieves from stress, improves heart health, mood, muscle gain, stamina and
overall better mental health. Most of us indulge in sports at a younger age, where we are very
active and energetic. Sports can help us develop sportsmanship, especially during our childhood.
The fact that you can accept a loss and give respect to the winner is a great sign of
sportsmanship. When a person is a professional at a specific sports activity, he can compete in
major competitions and can push his or hers capabilities for the maximum performance. Sports
can include running, jumping, swimming, walking, kicking, and punching and so on. As long a
person is having fun doing the sport he loves, he can keep on improving with time and it is
limitless.

The summer Olympic Games, which is a multi-sport event, is held every four years. Top athletes
from all over the world take part and represent their countries. The 2024 Olympic Games will be
held in Paris, France. People from all over the world will travel to France with excitement and joy
hoping that their country will be victorious. The stadium will be filled with so many people.
