RESOLUTION NO. 12-2018-184 WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works and Highways advertised on November 12 ~ December 3, 2018, the Department of Public Works and Highways advertised the invitation to Bid for the Contract ID No. 18GP00665 — Procurement _of Survey 7 7 and Quality Assurance & Hydrology Division of this Office with a total ABC of Php6,400,000.00 in the DPWH website and posted the same in the PhilGEPS website, and at a conspicuous place in the premises of the DPWH continuously for twenty two (22) days; WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement, five (5) prospective bidders, namely, (1) GEORIGHT MATICS INCORPORATED, (2) SICCION MARKETING, INC, (3) GEOTECH MERCANTILE CORPORATION, (4) CERTEZA INFOSYS CORPORATION, and (5) SURVEYTECH TRADING purchased bid documents for the said bidding; WHEREAS, the representatives from (1) CERTEZA INFOSYS CORP, (2) SITECH PHIL INC, (3) ARGOTEK, INC, (4) MJAS ZENITH TRADING, (5) RASA SURVEYING INSTRUMENTS, (6)_SURVEYTECH TRADING, (7) GEOTECH MERCANTILE CORP.
