● Trade test is free.
● Bring shirt with collar and extra shirt for the actual trade test.
● Do not wear shorts and slippers.
● Bring your own lunch and water.

 Flow of Trade Test

1. Written exam – Passing score is 30

Multiple choice 1-50 items (conventional engine, electrical, mechanical, suspension and brake
system). 30sec. per Question
Note: once you pass the written exam, you can proceed to the next exam.

2. Technical Interview - based on your work experience and knowledge in automotive.

3. Actual Trade Test

Tire Rotation Change Oil Timing Belt/Chain

1.Remove the tire. 1.Loosen the filler cup. 1.Remove the Fan Belt.

2.Remove the Brake Caliper. 2.Pull the dipstick. 2.Camshaft timing(TDC).

3.Check the Brake Pads. 3.Drain the Engine oil. 3.Remove the Timing Belt.

4.Assemble all. 4.Tighten the Drain plug 4.Remove the camshaft pulley.

5.Tighten the tire nuts surely. 5.Return the used oil 5.Assemble all.

Note:
You need to perform this actual test properly and step by step (procedural). And as fast as you can.
AIOI trade test center is following Japan's standard in automotive. After you use the tools and equipment
you used, please put this in the original place.
