On behalf of the faculty, students and the entire MADS team, I

invite you to the fourth edition of MADS- Mathematics, Arts and
Divulging Sciences taking place from 13th to 14th January, 2023.
Beaconhouse Liberty has carried forward its prestigious legacy of
excelling in academics as well as co-curricular activities. Besides
academic intelligence, we deem it essential to hold such events to
test students' cognitive, comprehensive and observational skills as
well as their teamwork to bring about revolutionizing ideas. We
hold pride in arranging the new edition of MADS, an event, one of
its kind which includes categories fit for every individual’s unique
interest.
This two day championship promises to deliver the best experience
under the patronage of our hardworking team. Under the
guidance of our worthy Principal, Mrs Tehmina Naeem, the event
heads, Hooria Wasif and Rameen Nadeem along with the entire
directorate who have taken up the onerous challenge to bring
forward six distinct categories, I hold immense pride in inviting you
to our abode.
I sincerely hope this invitation reaches you well and your school
participates in the event while the students enjoy their time
competing against one another in a friendly competition.

CATEGORIES
SCIENCEVERSE:

Dalton’s Saints:
Through this compulsory category, we will
challenge delegates to pull and tug at their
knowledge of pure sciences. It is an enthralling
test of the delegates’ academic strength and
scientific analytical skills. They will embark on a
mission to unleash their inner scientists through
(safe) lab experiments and analysis. Our
participants will revive the piece of dalton
inside their spirits and take this category head-
on.

Outer space Simpsons:

Outer space Simpsons will take our delegates
on a rejuvenating journey through the stars, it
will allow them to play with the constellations
and grow even more fond of the universe
around them. Those taking part in this
subcategory will have to use their analytical
skills to create, solve and admire our universe.
Our space-themed category will allow the
delegates to explore the universe as it is and
utilize knowledge of not only what is above our
heads but engineering and technology as they
create for the cosmos.

Allen’s conundrum 2.0:

HALT! Crime is afoot! Through this bone-
chilling and mind-teasing final category,
delegates will be inspired to put on their
Sherlock coats and hats (skip the cigars
please) and take on a crime mystery.
Delegates will use not only their knowledge
in fields of pure science but also complex
mystery-solving and efficient teamwork.

ARCHIMADES:
From the ancient Mesopotamian civilization to
our modern-day world Maths has continued
to have a prominent presence, which to say
the least, has been essential for the progress
of the human race. This year we have geared
up our math category with tons of engaging
and exciting rounds which will surely grasp
the attention of our participants and will put
their skills to the ultimate test. From Sudoku
to escape rooms, we have truly got it all.
MUN:
Our third compulsory category will give our
delegates a chance to flaunt their debating
skills while also impressing us with their
insightful resolutions. The MUN category will
consist of only one dual committee,

United Nations General Assembly

The UN General Assembly is the only

universally representative body of the United
Nations, the function of the general assembly
is to discuss, debate and make
recommendations on subjects pertaining to
international peace and security including
development, disarmament, human rights,
international law, and the peaceful arbitration
of disputes between Nations.

The topic will be revealed later on through our

study guides. We look forward to a riveting
debate with creative solutions and the utmost
amount of diplomacy.

TECHNOVATION:
In these ever-changing times, possession of
expertise in technology and computers is
equivalent to holding the key to a whole new
world. Delegates will get to unveil their
creative genius and in turn, get a chance to
foresee the future, hidden from plain sight.
May we suggest delegates bring along their
hacker masks and attitude as technovation will
awaken the inner code genie and Sherlock
Holmes (if he joined “anonymous”) to crack
codes and solve complex computer problems.
ART OF CAPTURE:
The sound of shutter clicks will be music to our
ears as delegates of this category will capture
art (wordplay I see you) and bring it to life on
screen. Delegates will play with color and
monotony all within this category. The
delegates will explore ways of snatching life’s
most beautiful moments and keeping them
close forever. This category will not only give
these photographers a platform to perform
their art but also a chance to prove their
knowledge in the field of photography and
their ambition for the art of keeping beauty
around us in photographs.
EL ARTE:
Just like the name dictates, this category
challenges the delegates with their creativity
and aesthetic sense.
Through our Arts category, the delegates will
go through a much-needed journey of self-
exploration and self-expression. They will find
their inner Leonardo da Vinci and amaze the
world with nothing less original than the very
inspiring and earthy Mona Lisa.
Our talented participants get a chance to
channel their inner frustrations and emotions
with every stroke of their brush and for their
convenience, we have brought forward
different mediums particularly digital art. So
grab your pallets and paint brushes (even
digital pens) and get your artboard (or iPad
chargers) ready for this new adventure...

delegation, a surprise category awaits you!
