Registration details:-

You can contact us by phone on 0674-7100236/258 and register your school by visiting the website
(www.saited.com). Registrations are on a first cum first serve basis. You can also reach us
through email at info@saited.com

Registration deadline and fee:-

The registration is open till November 15, 2022 and fee per student is Rs 100/-.

Event Date and Timing:-

Date: Wednesday, December 07, 2022.


Timing: 7:30 AM to 7:30PM.

Guidelines for SAITED Conclave

1. Students are required to be in their respective school uniform with ID cards.


2. An escort teacher must accompany the students for the Conclave.
3. The Registration Desk will be open for students from 7.30am – 8.00am
4. Electronic devices are prohibited in the school campus.
5. Students are required to take care of their belongings.
6. Food & Games Stalls are available for the students. Coupons can be purchased for the same.

Rules & Regulations

Tech Fair - Science Exhibition (Class IX to XII):


1. Each team can have a maximum of 4 students
2. A School could send 2 teams (One from class IX-X and one from XI-XII)
3. Each team should have a model and a chart giving a pictorial description of the model.
4. Each team should submit 3 copies of synopsis for judgement.
5. Electrical requirements should be informed to the host school by November 25, 2022
6. Theme- Project should be in alignment with the aforementioned sub themes
If I Were (Class VIII ):

1. Students can speak on the topic of their choice relating to one of the event theme for duration
of 3 minutes, accompanied by a power point presentation (Optional).
2. Students may participate individually or in a group of 2 students at max.
3. Topics will be announced a week prior to the day of the event.

JAMs (Class IX to XII)

1. Students will be given topics on the spot and shall speak for a minute.
2. Individual participation only.

Science-up Comedy (Class VIII to X)

1. A rendition of how laws were formulated and definitions in Science were made in a fun way.
This is an amusing way of narrating the major events that marked major turning points in the
history of mankind.
2. Topics will be given a week prior to the day of the event. Participation can be individual or in
groups of maximum 4 students.

TED-Q: (Class IX to XII):

1. Prelims:
 Each School can send a minimum of 2 teams of 4 students each.
 Prelims will be subjective with 20 questions.

2. Finals:
 Only the best 6 teams from different schools will be selected for the finals
 Each school may have a representation of 1 team
 The finals will have 4 rounds and details will be shared on the day of the event.
 The Quiz will be based on Science & Technology and will be in accordance with the
various sub themes of TED.

Workshops (Class VIII) :

Students can register for a maximum of 1 workshop from the given options:

 Forensics - For those interested in the application of scientific methods to investigate crimes or
examine evidence
 VR World - Virtual Reality software development has become a new way to create media and
entertainment in industries like automobiles, real estate, virtual production, and fashion. This
workshop sheds light on the extensive scope that VR gives for a great leap for adverse fields &
immersive mix media

Workshops (Class IX-XII) :

Students can register for a maximum of 1 workshop from the given options:

 Aeronautics - This workshop will teach the students airplane designing, airflows and many more
giving them hands - on experience on designing aerodynamic airplanes.
 Secrets of the Ocean - This workshop will deal with the study of marine life, diving into the deep
mysteries of the blue waters and the fascinating creatures that live there.

 Impossible Science - This workshop will deal with fantasy, sci-fi concepts including time travel,
alternate realities, traveling faster than light & many more intriguing science concepts.

 Stellarium - Students in this workshop will learn about different astronomical phenomena,
including planets, stars, galaxies & the big bang.

 STAR LABS (Scientific and Technological Advanced Research Laboratories):


For those interested in recent technological advancements and high-end machines, this workshop
offers an engaging session into the most recent tech-developments that the world has seen.

 Quantum Realm - The workshop will focus on the quantum realm and its associated phenomena
such as quantum tunneling, quantum superposition, wave functions & many more.
