Dear Faculty and Potential Participants,

On behalf of Lahore Grammar School Gulberg, we are pleased to invite you to

Scienject 3.0 scheduled on 6th, 7th and 8th of October 2023. Students who have
an inclination and affinity for sciences, as well as the ones who yet have to
discover and develop their scientific skills, are welcome to join us on our three
day STEM event.

Scienject 3.0 aims at equipping students with latest advances in the field of
Science and Technology. Being able to improvise their knowledge in the form of
scientific inventions and discoveries, events like these are not only essential in
fulfilling the future of Science but also need of the hour.

We at LGS Gulberg, are committed to excellence; by engaging the most

enthusiastic scientific researchers working in collaboration with their mentors,
Scienject 3.0 aspires to be a benchmark for all the science events that are
showcased at national and international platforms combined.

The event is open to O, A Level, and Matric, F.Sc Students across Pakistan.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), in accordance with the government
issued directives, will be observed.

newest category is the place to be for you. This captivating Sleuth’s Saga will
put your investigative, analytical and inspection skills to the test, as you will
be faced with Confounding Dilemmas and Convoluted Cases and be made to
dabble in the world of riddles, clues and deductions. Across no less than
three categories, ranging from light guesswork to a full blown Murder
Mystery, your mantle will be tested and will enable you to recognise your

2. Robomatrix
You are trapped in the RoboMatrix and Morpheus offers you a red pill and a
blue pill. The red pill will make you compete in 3 diverse challenges that test
your engineering prowess and technical skills to prove yourself capable
enough to escape the RoboMatrix. Or you can take the blue pill; sit back and
experience the illusion of reality. So which pill are you going to take?

just like unraveling a major enigma!

 CODE OF CONDUCT

Team Scienject 3.0 presents the Code of Conduct clauses that all participants
must abide by during the event.

All activities conducted within premises, from opening till closing

ceremony, are mandatory for students to attend.

Participants are to use respectful language and refrain from verbal,

physical or sexual harassment, hazing or gaslighting at all times.

Any such case reported may result in expulsion from all categories and the
participant’s school administration will be informed about the violation of
the Code of Conduct.

Participants are to respect the rights, safety and dignity of all participants,
management, school building and the school staff.

Participants are requested to uphold the spirit of competition in order to

maintain a healthy competition.

All decisions taken by the Scienject Management will be final and may not
be challenged.

Participants may not leave campus during the event hours, unless a genuine
reason is provided to the management beforehand.

LGS Gulberg reserves the right to take photographs, and record sessions for
the purpose of publicity.

 GUIDELINES

A single delegation can have a minimum of 6 and maximum of 9 delegates.

A delegation has to participate in three compulsory categories and at least 2
of optional categories.
For compulsory categories, minimum of 2 delegates per category and
maximum of 3 are required.
Optional categories will have a cap of four delegates per category.
The study guide will be released three weeks prior to the event. If any
category requires any material that will be mentioned in the study guide.
Participants are required to bring their own laptops (provided if required
for the category).
There will be no knockout system.
Delegations from other cities will be responsible for arranging and financing
their own travel and accommodation.
Registering in advance is a necessary prerequisite to attend the social.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

It is the responsibility of the Team Head to ensure that the payment is made
and received by the Scienject 3.0 Management.

The two methods of payment are as follows:

1. Submitting directly to school office:

The registration fee must be handed over to Ms. Sana (O Level office)
at Lahore Grammar School Gulberg 15CIII O level Campus - against a receipt.

The timings to submit the payment are

Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

2. Submitting Fee via Bank Deposit:

The fee is to be submitted to the following bank account
