POSSESSION NOTICE (Symbolic Possession)

Under Rule 8(1) and (2) (For immovable property)


Whereas, The undersigned being the Authorized Officer of the Andhra Pradesh Grameena
Vikas Bank, RASMECCC-Ashok Nagar (9905), under the Securitization and Reconstruction of
Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and in exercise of the powers
conferred under section 13 (12) read with Rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules,
2002 issued Demand Notice vide paper publication dated 15.11.2022 calling upon the
Borrower : Smt. Ch.Vasundhari W/o Ch.J.V. Koteswara Rao, Co-Borrower Sri. Ch.J.V.
Koteswara Rao S/o Ch. Gangaraju. Both Address: Flat No.501, in 5th Floor, Block-E, ''The
Gardenia'' S.R Naik Nagar, Apuroopa Colony, Jeedimetla Village, Quthbullapur Mandal,
Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Hyderabad, Telangana State.HOUSING LOAN A/c No:
73141744481 Sanctioned Limit Rs. 14,90,000/- to repay the amount mentioned in the notice
being Rs. 12,55,047 /- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs Fifty Five Thousand & Forty Seven Only) as on
01/11/2022 and interest from 02.11.2022. Within 60 days from the date of the receipt of the said
notice. After issuing the said Demand Notice Borrowers / Guarantors was failed to repay the
remaining amount, notice is hereby given to the borrowers/guarantor and the public in general
that the undersigned has taken possession of the property described herein below in exercise of
powers conferred on him/her under section 13(4) of the Act said read with Rule 8 of the said Rules
on 16/01/2023.
The borrowers/guarantor in particular and the public in general are hereby cautioned not to deal
with the property and any dealings with the property will be subject to the charge of the Andhra
Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank, Mig Colony Branch -8204 for an amount of Rs. 12,55,047 /-
(Rupees Twelve Lakhs Fifty Five Thousand & Forty Seven Only) as on 01/11/2022 and
further interest from 02.11.2022, Costs, etc. thereon.

No.05-516/E501 (PTIN NO.1150403605), admeasuring 630.0Sq.Ft of super built area together
with proportionate undivided share of land admeasuring 25.83 Sq.Yds, and a reserved Scooter
Parking space in BLOCK “E” admeasuring 15.0 Sft forming part of the group of residential
apartments collectively named as “ THE GARDENIA” in Sy.No. 278/3, covered under Block No.6,
Apuroopa Colony, Situiated at Jeedimetla village, Under GHMC Circle & Mandal, Quthbullapur,
Dist & Regn Dist: Medchal-Malkajgiri, Telangana state and bounded on: Boundaries of Flat :
