Workbook Introduction

Welcome!!

The topics we'll talk about in this workshop are the very same
things that I changed in my own life before I experienced a
success that I never even knew was possible for someone like
me. I can't wait to share the mindset change I went through so
you can experience it, too.

To get the most out of this workbook, I really encourage you to

print it out before you get started on the workshop. That way as
you go through you can pause the workshop to write down any
thoughts and emotions that come bubbling up as we're going
through this together.

FIlling out this workbook is completely optional. No one will be

grading you, and I'm not going to ask to read your work. The
prompts are there to really help bring your inner monologue --
your mindset -- about money up to the surface

Take a few deep breaths and get ready to dive in. I'm excited to
be with you on this transformation!

2
Promise yourself as you're getting started in
this workshop that you're going to finish the
material in this workshop.

It's worth it. You are worth it.

3
If you need to pause, go ahead and do that now.
Take time to think about this question... and then
jot your thoughts down.

4
Do you think about money leaving your bank
account as just a negative to your balance,
regardless of what it's for? Write down the
thoughts you feel bubbling up.

5
Remember to write down any thoughts that
are in your mind right now. It's good practice for
the rest of the workshop ahead of us!

Everything you're thinking right now is supposed

to come up. Don't feel pressured to have the
right answer. There is no right answer here --
just as long as you are putting your thoughts
down.

10
Think about what your mom always used to
say, what you learned in school from your
teachers, what you heard your parents fight
about.

11
12
13
14
Have you always considered more money as
the source of ultimate happiness?
Why or why not?

15
Think about the times you have enjoyed projects
not just for the end result, but for the process it
took to get there. Like building a model airplane
or crocheting a blanket. Journal those thoughts
down.

16
17
How many times have you heard of celebrities
or other wealthy people who keep trying
different ways to be happy? Why do you think
that is?

18
Money is a tool you can use to solve problems.
Think of the times you have been happy -- even
relieved -- to resolve an issue by having the
money to take care of it.

19
20
I can't promise you a life of no problems.
Solving those problems is a source of happiness
though. Consider when solving a problem
actually made you more satisfied with life.

21
22
Would you rather always have the problem of
not having enough money? Or would you rather
have a very temporary problem? A very
temporary problem of having to spend the time
to learn skills?

23
24
Remember earlier when we thought back to the
money perspectives we grew up and how that
trained our thought process? Now it's time to
turn that around! What do you think of money
actually flowing, rather than growing?

25
How many times have you tried the easy way
out to make more money? Only to find out that
without the skills, it results in a lot of work... and a
lot of frustration?

26
27
28
Take a moment to jot down some things that the
attempt to save every dime has actually COST
you.

29
What are a few things you have spent money on
in the last few weeks? Think of the short-term
stuff that isn't giving you any returns right now.
Write them down below.

30
In contrast, think of what you've spent money on
in the last year or so that you are still getting
value and return on. Write those down.

31
How many times have you looked at an
opportunity but turned it down because you
didn't want to spend money on it? Do you look
back and wish you had made a different
decision?

32
33
Have you heard the phrase "time is money"?
Think how many times you have gone to bed
wondering where all the time during the day
went.

34
How much time do you spend a day in front of
the TV? What could you do if you spent even
just one of those hours away from the TV?

35
Think of how much information you have tucked
away in your brain! How much of that is helpful
unless you actually use that knowledge? What
are some examples you can think of that apply
to you?

36
37
What are your thoughts on this? Do you feel like
you're done learning just because you're out of
school?

Be honest with yourself: have

you limited yourself because you felt you got
too old or past the time when you needed to
learn more?

38
Fill in the sections. Do you see how this leads to
FREEDOM?

39
40
41
42
43
44
45
Think about a time when you changed how you
were thinking... and it completely changed your
mindset about a situation (for good or for bad).
Jot it down.

46
How have your thoughts changed about money
as a tool just in the time we've been together in
this webinar? Can you see how you can use
money to an end, rather than the end?

47
48
49
50
Have you spent your life focusing on making
money for money's sake? What kind of freedom
do you see yourself having if you change your
mindset to solving problems to generate
happiness?

51
Can you identify the source of your problem?
Is it skills?
