Any kind of rule is recognized as a thing that keeps our nation together.

When we discuss an
individual's ethics or moral integrity, it appears to be something beyond the rules. Morals appear
to be a part of our inner being or something we are born with that acquire during our lifetime.
But for me ethics is all about decision making.
Hi! I am Daniella Arianne Encinares, and I will use colors as I represent my personality in a way
that you will understand the importance of ethics and how I apply it as an individual. In my
presentation you will not only know the importance of ethics but at the same you will get to know
me more.
Being a student with moral integrity is essential. I am orange who actively influence my
surrounding people in right way. I am active, open minded, witty, and generous student because
of ethics that allow me to explore, develop and make decisions in life.
How we behave as adults will be determined by the values we learn as children. I am yellow
who is committed, responsible and helpful. Having proper moral values as a daughter is
important at any stage of life.
The philosophical thought begins with a friendship experience. We grow our friendship through
mutual concern, justification, and ethical value. I am purple who is supportive and sensitive not
only for my sake but also for the sake of the others. Friendship provides guidance and when
ethics is conduct, it prepares us to be responsible individual and good influence to others.
The common experiences we share with the people in our community have an impact on our
daily lives and identities. I am blue who is idealistic, reliable, and inspiration. We all have a
sense of right and wrong, but I don't always act in line with my better instincts’, citizens must
also live ethically or morally. When we choose not to live ethically, we end up hurting both the
people around us and ourselves.
Ethics is a standardizing practice that can be pervasive because people are tempted to see
ethics as simple common sense. However, it is essential to the development of a positive ethical
culture in an organization that ethics is not so simple. Following an ethical code is important
because it influences people to create an environment based on those ethics. Knowing this can
be differ from person to person because we all have different experiences. This explains why
we react differently to different situations. So, if we have enough knowledge, we can apply
ethics correctly.
I always dream to be an inspiration that someday I want to be instrument and a voice for others.
I used to be joined in pageantry when I was younger but kaakibat nito ang insecurities and that
hindered my ability to gain confidence in myself, but look at me now, I am very proud of myself,
and I know my younger self will indeed be proud of me because I know how to love myself more
and appreciate every part of me, and because of what I have been through, I have found my
purpose. This inspired me to apply my life philosophy, which is that living for others is what truly
gives life a meaning I became an advocate for others, inspiring everyone in my life to uplift them
and others who are struggling to give themselves the love they deserve. Through this I
consistently completing my goal and that I am truly proud of.
