Prayer in the present petition is for directing the respondents to fix the

pay of clerks working in various departments, Boards & Corporation in the State

of Haryana on the basis of the judgment dated 20.02.1992 (Annexure P-1) of the

Hon'ble Supreme Court of India which has duly been implemented by the

Government of Haryana as per the report dated 01.03.2016 (Annexure P-3) of the

Pay Anomalies Commission, Haryana.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

representation dated 14.10.2021 (Annexure P-4) submitted by the petitioner-

Society is pending before the respondents.

Before examining the issue raised by the petitioner, it would be

appropriate that the same is decided by the respondents as it may involve financial

and other implications.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 14.10.2021

(Annexure P-4), submitted by the petitioner-Society within a period of 08 weeks

from today.
