The Garcia Group of Companies is a Filipino-owned corporation with a diverse set of businesses under its
name. Venturing into a wide range of fields, the Garcia Group shows business dexterity through its
efficient and organic management. GGC Ice plant is one of the businesses Garcia Group of Companies
funded, of these businesses, majority are wholly-owned, while the rest are run with trusted partners. A
flagship business is the wholly-owned The Village Sports Club Ventures, Inc (VSC), regarded as a
premier sports and fitness club in the Metro South. The Garcia Group is also in the business of pest
control and sanitation through its company, Precept Commercial Corporation (PCC). PCC is a hygiene
solutions provider for both the consumer and professional markets. Working with a system of Integrated
Pest Management and Hygiene Solutions, PCC is about giving long-term solutions for a cleaner
environment. In the field of construction, the Garcia Group is represented by its PNC CYME Builders and
Construction Company, Inc. (PNC CYME) Since its start in 2002, it has undertaken numerous
construction projects, as well as the repair, improvement, and renovation of these properties. PNC CYME
also lends its expertise in the various stages of construction, starting from estimates to getting appraisals,
conceptualizing and designing, all the way to the supervision of construction-related tasks. Another
business in the Garcia portfolio is the SJMP Development Consortium Corporation (SJMP), in partnership
with the local government, manages the administration of bone and coffin crypts in the San Juan City
Cemetery. They commit to be the perpetual caretakers of our dearly departed by maintaining the property
where they rest on. SJMP also extends their services to everyone by continuously developing new
cemetery lots, and by offering term plans for these properties. In the field of legal services, The Law Firm
of P.A. Garcia C.S Garcia & Associates is a respected, full-service law office, founded by Atty. Patricio A.
Garcia. Offering sound advice on legal and corporate issues, as well as court representation and off-court
negotiations, its partners are regarded as experts in their respective fields and have developed a solid
clientele over the years. The Garcia Group also enters the food industry with the company PNC Garbros
Food, Inc. Their main business is managing and operating the Muntinlupa branch of Max's Restaurant,
one of the most successful restaurant brands in the country. PNC Garbros was also awarded the
franchise grant for Max’s Restaurant in Vancouver, Canada which opened early 2012. Strengthening their
presence in the wellness industry and to complement The Village Sports Club Ventures, Inc., the Garcia
Group founded Novuderm, Inc. (Novuderm). Novuderm provides aesthetic medical services clients and
will soon offer same services to the members of VSC at the Club. Novuderm is backed by board-certified
dermatologists and medical professionals who combine time-tested dermatological knowledge with new
innovations in the field. For these wholly-owned properties, the Garcia Group established their own
holdings company, PNC Garnet Holdings, Inc., to facilitate the management, construction, and further
development of their ventures. PNC Garnet Holdings is a major stockholder in the Garcia Group's
ventures in real estate, and residential and commercial business facilities. With Partners: Several
business partnerships were also forged by the Garcia Group in establishing other ventures. Starting back
in 1997, the Garcia family has held major stocks in the holding company, Excel Towers, Incorporated
(Excel Towers). The company was put up to specialize in the managing, owning, and construction of
several businesses, which include real estate, residential and commercial properties. Excel Towers is
also responsible for the control and further development of tracts of land to facilitate business expansion.
CHC Development Consortium, Inc. is a partnership between members of the Garcia and Tiangco
families, and its business is to manage and supervise bone and coffin crypts for the Manila North Green
Park Cemetery. The business has also expanded to include other services, such as the opening and
developing new lands for the cemetery. PNC CYME Builders and Construction Company, Inc. and H.R.
Lopez are major stockholders for this business. The Garcia Group also co-owns two other Max's
Restaurant franchises.
