Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

o Strong project management methodology o Solid understanding IT delivery lifecycle including –

development tools/technologies, release/version control, testing methodologies and deployment
management

o Functional, business, and technical language – key resources to bridge the gap between business and
IT

o Experience working with various project delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc)

o Strong energy and positive attitude. Excellent relationship builder - q will have to bring client teams
along!

o Initiates action to accomplish goals and objectives. Influences team members and stakeholders to
promote project and organizational goals and objectives

o Stakeholder management with influencing, facilitation, and negotiation skills

o Demonstrated ability to thrive in an often changing, ambiguous work environment o Good to have -
OTC and Life Science industry experience

3 Project Managers (Band 3 or 4D ; Location: Europe - pref. Spain, France, or Netherlands ; Proficiency in
local language is a plus) o Strong project management methodology
