“The best movie ever”

Write a movie review about a movie you like or don’t like.

1. First, say what kind of movie it is (for example, romance, action, or western). Then
summarize what happened in the movie. Describe one or two characters.
2. Use opinion phrases to talk about your favorite part or characters. See the HOW
TO box.

3. Use the present perfect with ever, never, already, or yet. Tell your readers how
many times you have seen this movie. Ask your readers if they’ve seen the movie
yet.
EXAMPLE:

This a romantic movie about a
girl trapped between life and
death. She is trying to decide if
she stay alive o died. Their family
had an accident. Her parents
died and her brother is alive but
in danger.
Mia is quiet, friendly and
musically gifted. She has a great
ability to play the cello.
