Bedford Ohio Municipal Judge force 7-DAY enslavement
of paid Jury Trial and threatens with BENCH WARRANT BEDFORD, OH – Judge Brian Melling, Bedford Municipal Court Judge has violated his Oath of DO NO HARM – BEING ETHICAL and UNBIAS in his “intentional” refusal during the first STATUS REPORT, February 7, 2023 in Bedford Municipal Court for a Retaliatory Eviction Jury Trial that is the legal right of Mary Glass, Named Defendant according to Ohio law. Despite repeated requests by Mary Glass purchaser of July trial for to be “given a chance” to legally prepare for a JURY TRIAL, which includes obtaining a lawyer – Judge Melling remained rigid to enslavement and violation of the Rule of Law. NO previous opportunity had been given by the Bedford Municipal Court Staff Attorney Joe Pfundstein – who has the case 22CVG03960 blocked for discussion. Pfundstein failed to speak with Glass during the Status Hearing or after it to discuss how she would meet the 7-day mandate by Judge Melling with ALL the preparations needed – legal counsel, Discovery, 6- or 12-person jury, lay-character-expert witnesses, subpoenas (at least 15), legal paperwork, etc. On Thursday, December 29, 2022, Glass paid $650.00 for a Retaliatory Eviction Jury Trial to offer clarity and proof to the bizarre behavior of the misconceptions/lies/conspiracy filing of a BIPOLAR RELATIVE and husband.

RETALIATORY EVICTION – VALENTINE DAY, 2-14-23 Patricia and James Robertson Plaintiffs – claiming to be LANDLORDS falsified the 30-Day and 3-Day Eviction Notice. Their behavior has shocked, defamed, revealed a conspiracy, revealed mental illness, and provided forgery on 3-Day and 30-Day Notices submitted to court. Judge Melling has failed to review and verify irregularities presented to him on October 21, 2022 (first court hearing), to respond to Glass Complaint of his violation of her civil rights at the first hearing submitted on Monday, October 24, 2022, by Glass to the Bedford Court. Bedford Court proceeding speaks to how the 22-year judge has favored the Conspiracy of the Robertson. Judge Melling has made derogatory statements at the court proceedings about Named Defendant Mary Glass that are bias and unethical. He has failed to investigate the truth of Patricia and James Robertson. The Robertsons have shared with him how they got information from the city clerk staff at court proceedings – a NO-NO. Public records reveal the misconceptions/lies and bizarre acts of Patricia Robertson, her ongoing complicit interaction with Warrensville Heights Police and Councilman Stanley Anderson. Glass has sought to be heard by calling out her civil rights at the 1st court hearing on October 21, 2022 (she dropped off in Bedford Court the Complaint charge against Judge Brian Melling, and courtesy computer notices to Judge Michelle Paris, and Thomas Day Clerk on Monday, October 24, 2022). NO response from Judge Melling, Judge Paris or Clerk Day.
