Last Friday, I and my family went to Magelang. we wanted to visit my
grandmother. We went there by bus. We would stay in Magelang for 3 days. It
was on Desember 24th, 25th and 26th 2016.
On the day before we went to Magelang, my mother prepared a lot of
things for my grandmother. She cooked fried chicken, doughnuts, and cakes
for my grandmother. We packed them in a box.
The trip to Magelang took 2 hours. On the bus, I sat behind the driver. I
sat beside my older broder and my mother. The trip was enjoyable for me. I
really enjoyed the scenery along the way. We passed beautiful paddy field,
snakefruit farms, and big modern Mall. My grandmother’s village is in the
slope of Mount Andong. From the bus station we took 15 minutes by ojek.
On the second day in Magelang, I and my older brother went to Magelang
City Square. It is very clean and tidy. At lunch time, we bought Magelang
signature dish. We ate Rica – rica Menthok. It is delicious but it is very hot.
From Magelang City Square we went to Taman Kyai Langgeng. It is an
amusement park a long the Progo River bank. There is a plane. But it cannot
fly. It was a broken plane. I got on the plane. I wanted to know the interior of
a plane because I never ride a plane before.
I loved staying in my grandmother’s house. I felt I didn’t want to go
home. I wanted to stay longer. But we had to go home.

Pada hari minggu yang lalu, ayah membawa aku ke kota. Kami naik taxi.
Aku duduk dimuka. Aku duduk disamping pak sopir.
Dikota, kami mengunjungi alun – alun kota. Disana, saya naik sepeda
motor mini, naik kereta mini dan bermain ayunan. Ayah membelikan saya
permen, baju baru dan mainan.
Pada saat makan siang, kami makan ayam goreng danminum es teh.
Kami makan di rocket chicken. Dari rocket chicken, kami pergi pasar kota. Di
pasar kota kami membeli banyak sayuran dan buah – buahan.
Hari itu adalah hari yang tidak terlupakan. Aku sangat senang aku bisa
berjalan – jalan dengan ayahku.
