TAKE ACTION
ACTIVITY 1- GUIDE QUESTIONS
1. Using a drawing, describe the teaching behavior of a
teacher without a specific lesson objective/s upon
entering the class.

➢ To be more clear, I used to describe a teacher with no objectives

that way, whereas while a teacher is discussing, his students will
lose their eagerness to learn for the reason the teaching
strategy is not good and never be effective for not having the
said objectives. As a teacher, it is must that we always enter the
classroom with the objectives corresponding it. Because it will
hugely affect your students if we don’t have it.

2. Research on criticisms against SMART objectives. Connect

these criticisms with the benefits derived from writing SMART
objectives. Take a photo or screenshots of your research for
documentation.

Despite the criticism against the SMART objectives, this would help us as
well in numerous ways. Where it would play a vital role for all of us. It may have
disadvantages. But then if we will learn how to use and how to apply it in our day-
to-day learning, these will surely have a numerous advantage that would probably
uplift and furtherly develop our knowledge. And addition to it, would help us more
organize and will help us uplifting ourselves smoothly.
Differentiate the features of old lesson planning and daily lesson log that is used
in K-12 Curriculum. Which do you prefer? The old way of lesson planning or the
daily ln log used by today’s teachers?
➢ The teachers before, a step-by-step lesson plan is what the have which is
good because it is detailed and will effectively use to be able to learn their
students. It was being used on how to teach concepts in easiest ways.
A lesson plan is an instrument that an instructor utilizes consistently to lay
out what understudies will realize, how the example will be conveyed, and
the way in which learning will be surveyed. This lesson plans will further
furnish educators with an unmistakable design to follow all through every
example, permitting them to be more useful in the homeroom. This includes
the objectives, assessments and questions for their learners. While the
lesson log is an observation for themselves in teaching. It is all about the
students if they truly learn and what to things they need to bolster or
strengthen in the next coming discussions. Taking everything into account,
I do prefer the daily lesson log for the reason that this will aid mentors in
ratifying quality education principles and helps them plan lessons efficiently and
effectively.

REFLECTION
What are the things I learned from this module?
The lesson that I have learned in here is that, I have learned the making of
lesson plans as well as I have also learned that there are various types of lesson
plans as well as the K-12 curriculum that is being used which is the daily lesson
log (DLL). In this module, all of the information about the said topic was completely
detailed. The analysis, objectives, motivations and other parts of it was plainly
discussed in this module which would probably help me in making a lesson plan
next time. It would hugely help us so that we will not be surprise the next time that
we will going to do this.
To have some wrap up, as a future educator, a lesson like this is a big
opportunity for us as a student, because this is a big advantage for us as it plays
as a vital role towards our journey. It will make us to be more prepared and as
what I have said recently, we won’t be surprise. And lastly, this will make me more
productive to be able to be a good teacher. And as a result of being a good
teacher, my future students will genuinely learn through my strategies.
