Thank you for your e-mail. The reason I am writing is that I would like
to give you more detailed information about the flat you are
interested in.
The location is quite convenient, it is situated on Wilcox Road. The
neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, however there are some
smaller pubs, clubs, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. There is a
local supermarket that has a website where you can order the things
you need, and they will deliver them to your house.
As for the flat, it is a third-floor 2-bedroom apartment. There is a
well-equipped bathroom, a specious living room and a nice kitchen.
All the furniture is brand new. The floors, walls and ceilings are
freshly renovated.
