10 Things Only We, SCCians, Understand

To be part of SCCians family is an honor. The teachers, students, guards and canteen staff is

example of a good community. The classroom, gym and all the buildings have witnessed our

laughter, work hard and know all our secretes.

If There’s one thing that we could all agree about it is to be part of this family means your

also closer to our creator because SCC is a God Centered school. Beside that here are things that

only Sccians could relate;

1. You hate stairs

Going to classroom will make have flashback of what you eat last night and it will make you

questions yourself why I am not athletic like others. Most of the building in Scc have stairs and it

was a nightmare for someone like me who is fat. Sometimes its better to stay in classroom rather

going out.

2. Air less fan

SCC is exceptionally cautious with things, that the electric fan we utilized in world war II still

being utilized nowadays. Joking aside, our electric fan is very ancient that sometimes is better to

use pamaymay. At least we many trees.

3. Passing out during gathering

Every time there’s a gathering in gym, our clinic is always occupied with students who passed

out because of heat. Our Gym has no ventilation and it is very small.

4. Water bill

Every Monday you can already see the face our class treasure angry and stress. Sometime if you

don’t pay, she’ll kick you.

5. Proper dress code and Haircut

I remember having haircut inside the school cause my hair is not appropriate, they said it should

be a barber cut not the mohawk that I had. And If you don’t want to make a letter you better

dress accordingly because teacher is very strict about it.

 6. The Drum and Lyre

Every afternoon you can already hear them playing one song all over the year, it its is just to

distracting. I can even barely hear what our teacher saying.

7. No Chair and table

During lunch you have to go eat outside cause most of the table are taken by parents already.

8. Mass

The one time you attended mass the in school. The Homily is about you. “Natatamaan ka sa

sinasabi ni Father”.

9. The Pass slips

The one you should not loss it because if you loss it no one can go out during classes. And all of

your Classmate will be mad at you.

10. Learning all of the prayer

We were task to learn all prayer and how to pray. Every 12 and 3pm we all stop and pray.

As part of SCCians family we are proud of our little community, It may not big like others

school the important thing is that this community is working together and helping each other and

most importantly we put God first in everything we do.
