When you walk into my room, do not be surprised to see my gemstones displayed
on the table. That collection will probably grow.
I’ll tell you about the day I began collecting gemstones. Though it happened
during my gap year, I discovered a gemstone when I was tilling my mum’s banana
garden. Why are rubies red and emeralds green. They are all the work of the
creater and a noob lapidarist like me just set out to discover them out.
I’ve never been to any gem shop but that didn’t stop me from collecting,
researching, and organizing my gemstone collection at home.
These weren’t the only things I did at home, I also invested much time in my
studio, learning new things in programming was the least I could do. I made new
games and apps. I knew I had to improve my animations too. So I learnt walk
cycle animation. And for my music beat life, a little improvement was what I
needed.
I also learnt coloured printing and paper cutting at a nearby printing press. The
machines were a bit sofisticated at first but then along the way I got a hang of it.
The passion I have for what I personally do reflects equally in my desire to impact
the world, so be prepared for new mindblowing clubs in the community not only
for fun but also ideas of what needs to change in society.
