Delivery Mode (ADM) Perform Substitutions of Ingredients!
This module was collaboratively designed, developed and reviewed by educators both

Exploratory Course. It covers the fundamental knowledge in performing substitution
of ingredients. Success in cooking depends on the correct measuring & substitution
of ingredients, appropriate tools and utensils used, and proper handling of food.
Food quality is an essential prerequisite for food production,
since food consumers are susceptible to any form of contamination
that may occur during the production process.
