My brother Brad is wearing a panda
onesie. Jill and Bill are wearing cat
onesies, but Jill is wearing an orange

Instructions
● You can use the first two pages of this book to
revise the vocabulary from the lessons and get
familiar with the new words. They can also be
used to play flashcard games.
● ‘Memory game’. To play it, print out the first two
pages. Make two copies of each page. Cut out
the cards, put them on the table in a random
order and let the child look at them for a few
seconds. Then, turn the cards over. The child
should find pairs of identical cards.
● ‘What is missing?’. Put the cards on the table
and have your child look at them for a few
seconds. Ask them to close their eyes and hide
one of the cards. Once the child opens their
eyes, they should say which card is missing.
● ‘Slow reveal’ . Use a piece of paper to cover the
flashcard. Slowly slide the paper down to reveal
only a small part of the flashcard at a time. The
child can shout out their guesses.
