That I Efren B Ubiña of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen and bonafide resident of
Barangay Andarayan North, Solana, Cagayan now herein after called the Mortgagor;

Nestor Simangan of legal age, single, Filipino Citizen and bonafide resident of Barangay
Andarayan North, Solana, Cagayan now herein after called the Mortgagor;
WITNESSETH
That the mortgagor is the owner (share) of the parcel of land located at Cattaran, Solana,
Cagayan containing an area of Nine Thousand (9,000) square meters more or less.

That for an in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSOUND PESOS

(PHP 200,000.00) Philippine Currency which the mortgagor obtained to the mortgagee. And the
mortgagor will give the privilege to the mortgagee to till the land until the mortgagor will return
the said amount to the mortgagee.
