    This is to report that the roller of the printer, Brother DCP-T720DW, has been damaged due to mishandling.

    On November 8, 2022 at 7:16 AM, the printer was borrowed by Ms. Karen Jane C. Ducusin for the printing
    of pre-tests for the second quarter and was placed at the Home Economics Room. Earlier, I requested Ms.
    Ducusin to just print at the kubo so that everyone can also use the printer. While printing, the paper jammed,
    and Ms. Ducusin pulled the jammed paper out. While doing so, part of the jammed paper got stuck inside
    the printer thus, damaging it. When Ms. Ducusin asked for technical support from Mr. Billy James Torres,
    part of the paper has already been torn apart.
