ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1. Performed instructional supervision to achieve learning outcomes
- conducted classroom observation/technical assistance to 100% of
the teachers
2. Approved the formulation of 3 intervention programs for learners’
development:
- Adopt-a-student-to read
- Project REAL (Reading for the Evaluative and Analytical Learner):
A Remediation program for SHS learners
- Project TEACH (Teaching Students with Enhanced Activities and
Creating a Higher Level of Numeracy in Mathematics)
3. Practiced equitable distribution of teaching loads of 38 teaching
staff as approved in the district level
1. Provided safe and child friendly learning and school environment
for students/learners by providing 1 SPED program (Project IDEA),
1 functional guidance office, 1 functional school clinic, 5 functional
wash areas, 1 functional CPC room and 6 functional comfort rooms.
2. Institutionalized child protection mechanisms and processes
through availability of computers and tablets with schedules of
usage, waste segregation program, signages, security personnel’s
visitors’ logbook, school perimeter fence, functional school
organizations (Learning Area Organizations, YES-O, RCY, SSG,
and Culture and Arts Club)

1. Provided technical assistance to teachers on matters pertaining to
enhancement of classroom management, skills and instructional
competence and to non-teaching personnel for support services
within the RPMS cycle
