The miserable conditions from the ski resort

The aim of this report is to point out what is wrong with the conditions of
working at the ski resort and how to make them better.
The most problematic thing about the ski resort is the small monthly salary.
Essentially, one essentially has to work for about 9 hours every day with one free
day a week, for about £150 per month.
Besides the small amount of payment, there's also the miserable working
conditions. For example the little space that you get at the resort. Not to mention
the cold you have to bear during the winter. One has to stay in the cold all day to
serve all the people who visit the resort. You get only one 15 minute break all day
for lunch. One break from 8 AM until 19 PM. These kinds of complaints came, not
only from the employees, but also the visitors of the resort. Them saying that
there is way too little space for a big amount of people to stay in.
To conclude, better conditions at the ski resort would be beneficial not only for
the employees, but also the visitors.
