Coil Tubing Procedure

Here is a snapshot of the procedure as I see it. please provide me with the copy
of the final procedure when it is ready.
• Load the coil with ~75bbls fluid.
o Fresh water with CSM-50 at 2gpt and FC Pro Well Bore Cleaner at 5gpt.
• RIH at a minimum of .25bbls/min at around 50-60 ft./min with same fluid
mixture as above until we see returns and have reached the heel.
• Increase rate to 2.5 bbls./min with same fluids and RIH to TD at 30-50 ft./min
depending on returns, weight, etc..
• Make a wiper trip back to heel at the same speed monitoring returns for
solids.
• If all looks good blend fluids with CSM-50 at 2.0gpt, StimOil ENX at 10gpt,
1.0gpt of a liquid gel breaker such as GB-102.
o Displace coil with 75bbls and RIH at 20 ft./min to TD. Make two passes across
all perfs while backside is shut in.
o Will need to monitor pump pressure and well head pressure to stay below
parting pressure. Flow back can manage this if a desired pressure maximum is
set.
o POOH upon completion of three successful passes at 30-50 ft./min in
horizontal and 2.5bbl/min. Once in vertical continue pumping at 1.5bbls/min and
increase speed to 80-90 ft./min or whatever the coil supervisor/engineers and
company man is comfortable.
• Shut in and monitor well head pressure.
• Once the well head pressures stabilize, place the well back on pump.

Based on this info, we may well require ~2800 bbls. of total fluid. They can
recirculate as long as it is filtered down to 50 microns. I would recommend
recirculating so they only need 1500 bbls. on location to start.
Additives with the 3000 bbls. of fresh water:
• CSM-50 = 252 gallons or 4 drums
• Wellbore Cleaner = 630 gallons or 2 tote
• StimGP = 1260 gallons or 4 totes
Additives with the 1500 bbls. of fresh water:
• CSM-50 = 126 gallons or two drums
• Wellbore Cleaner = 315 gallons or one tote
• StimOil ENX = 630 gallons or two totes
