Answer
Is the range of characteristics pertaining to, and differentiating between, masculinity and femininity.
Depending on the context, these characteristics may include biological sex, sex-based social
structures (gender roles), or gender identity.

3. How John Money introduced the difference between biological sex and gender as a role in 1995?
Answer:
Sexologist John Money coined the term gender role in 1955. The term gender role is defined as the
actions or responses that may reveal their status as boy, man, girl or woman, respectively.
Elements surrounding gender roles include clothing, speech patterns, movement, occupations, and
other factors not limited to biological sex. In contrast to taxonomic approaches, some feminist
philosophers have argued that gender "is a vast orchestration of subtle mediations between oneself
and others", rather than a "private cause behind manifest behaviors".

4. How’s the term “gender” define in Latin word?

Answer
In latin there are three genders, “Masculine”, “Feminine” and “Neuter”. It comes from the word

Some gendered behavior is influenced by prenatal and early life androgen exposure. This
includes, for example, gender normative play, self-identification with a gender, and tendency to
engage in aggressive
behavior. Males of most mammals, including humans, exhibit more rough and tumble play
behavior, which is influenced by maternal testosterone levels. These levels may also influence
sexuality, with non-heterosexual persons exhibiting sex atypical behavior in childhood.

PART 2. EXTEND

Discuss briefly the social assignment and gender fluidity

Answer:
On what I understand on this module, so which means if this is lacking info which means I didn’t
learn that much to whom it discuss or explain, since this is a opinionated question so there is no
wrong answer. Social assignment defines as the gender assignment depends on the beliefs,
tradition and norms of the society on each gender. Which means these social assignment by each
gender affects on the modernization of the world which is rapidly changes in no time wherein on the
past the men should be the one who provide the needs of his family such as financial and the
women are the one who take care of children and the household chores, but on this time this was
changed, both gender or parents are responsible to provide to their family. And the gender fluidity
refers to change over time in a person’s gender expression or gender identity or both which is
known as non binary people which they believe that their gender can act even not according to
tradition or the gender role on the society. But this gender fluidity doesn’t like transgenderism they
are different. This gender fluidity is just pertains to how the gender act freely to the society and
breaking those beliefs, tradition and norms of society that been thought in the past. And that’s what
I learn based on readings and support of internet about this topic.
