3 BRANDS I SHOP FROM ARE:

ONLY-
Place- The stores are located in almost all malls in India. Very aesthetically designed,
medium-sized stores and the clothes are also arranged in a neat manner which pulls
consumers like me towards it. Only also happens to have an website online from
which people can purchase their products adding to the convenience.
Product- Only is a clothing brand. Their clothes are fashion forward, casual and very
trendy which is exactly what teenagers hunt for.
Value- The products are also pretty reasonable making it easier for the consumers to
afford. That being said, the quality is also remarkable and is worth the price paid.
People- Only makes an extra effort to help make the clients more comfortable. The
staff in the stores look after the consumer’s every need. Right from helping them
search, suggesting, trials and billings. During these pandemic times, a customer’s
safety is also taken care of.
Communication- The brand has a profile on Instagram through which they
communicate the offers, deals, new arrivals, etc, to the customers. They also make
use of billboards and printed advertisements in newspapers, magazines for
communication purposes.

BODY SHOP-
Place- Body Shop stores can be found in shopping malls and can is also available
online. The little shops are beautifully designed and the sweet scent coming from the
store makes it impossible for one to just walk past.
Product- The Body Shop sells skin care and cosmetic related products like lotions,
body creams, lip balms, etc. The products are of very high quality and claimed to be
made from natural ingredients.
Value- Even though the products happen to be slightly expensive, their quality simply
makes up for the cost.
People- The staff at Body Shop are extremely kind and helpful. They greet you upon
entry and help the customers test out the products on sale. They give recommendation
s according to individual skin types, occasions, price ranges, etc.
Communication- Body Shop uses social media is a medium of communication. They
also have a membership card service which entitles the members for discount every
time they purchase a product and helps them loyal to the brand.

H&M-
Place- H&M has stores in malls around the globe and also stand alone stores. The
stores and huge and spacious allowing customers to freely move about the store and
check the products. The online website is also available for use.

Product- The brand manufactures and sells clothing for both genders. The clothes
themselves are extremely comfortable and according with the times. From casuals,
office wear to party wear, H&M has it all.
Value- The clothes are priced to suit the needs of the people. Thus, they are not very
high-priced and quite affordable.
People- The people working at H&M are friendly, polite and helpful, but since the
stores are huge, they are not as available as the staff at brands like ONLY.
Nonetheless, the consumers needs are well taken care of.
Communication- The brand also has a social media presence to make
communications with the consumers easier and to keep them updated with the latest
happenings.
