Research topic: green façade in the sky carpers from Arequipa.

Research problem: Buildings with crystal façade increase the global warming in the

world.

Green façade is a possible solution to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Consequently,

the greenhouse effect in the cities is due to the reflection of solar radiation caused by the

glass facade of skyscrapers. Hence, exposed glass in towers promotes the emissions of

solar rays directly inside buildings and the urban surface, which provide temperature

problems due to extreme heat. The effects of high temperatures exceeded 45 degrees in

Europe in July of 2019. Thus, the case study will reflect that Bosco Vertical's green

frontage contributes to the atmosphere improvement. The temperature measurement is

lower under the shade of the trees.

This topic focused on the architectural analysis of green architecture as a potential

solution, which it could contributes to the atmosphere improvement. The architects

identified practical bioclimatic elements to make up the building, which provided

coolness in extreme climates and solar protection. Likewise, this work focuses on the

characteristics of the skyscraper, which can achieve specific effects on the mood of the

human being and his perception of space through the protection of extreme heat.

Arequipa is one of the most damage cities from Peru of global warming
