    ARTICLE II — COMPLETION:

    The work to be performed by the CONTRACTOR under this contract shall be start on
    November 14, 2022 and shall be completed within Twenty ( 20 ) working days.

    ARTICLE III — CONTRACTORS GUARANTEE:

    In addition to the warranty as it the workmanship, materials and those provided by the
    law. The CONTRACTOR shall make good any defects in workmanship that becomes evident
    within six (2) months after completion and final acceptance of the work. The OWNER shall give
    notice of observed defects within reasonable promptness.
