II. Problem

Milagros entertainment business don’t have an ordered administration and


has difficulty to determined employees performance.

III. Objective
 To create and make a better entertainment business.
 To be the one of the successful in the world of show business.

IV. Areas of Consideration


 Employee’s records are not complete.
 Company policies and procedure are not well documented.
 Employees and talents were not too eager to accomplish their
responsibilities in the required forms.

V. Alternative Course of Action


1. Milagros should hire a person that is capable of doing an administrative
work so that he/she can help her to make an organized company policies
and procedure.
Pros:

a. Talents and employees will tend to react positively and they will
become motivated to do their task.
b. They might become more committed to the business

Cons:

a. Some of their talents and employees won’t agree or like the new
changes.

2. Milagros might approach directly the employees and talents and ask the
reasons why they don’t have that eagerness to accomplished everything
that were asked.

Pros:
a. Milagros will know all the reasons behind their attitude why they
don’t react positively.

Cons:

a. Milagros might receive negative feedback from the employees and


talents.

VI. Recommendation

We recommend that Milagros should take the first alternative course of action
which is Milagros should hire her own employee that is capable of doing an
administrative work than borrowing her brother’s administrative that can help
her in doing some action to the problem in terms of policies and procedure
that leads them to have an orderly administration and become one of the most
successful and popular in the world of show business.
