HIT AND MISS MANUFACTURING: A Star is Born

I. Point of View

All members of the Committee

II. Problem

All members of the Committee don’t have much time and coordination that leads
into dissatisfaction of the President.

III. Objective
 To have coordination to their task that was given by the President.
 To get another chance to prove themselves that they can do better the
second time around.

IV. Areas of Consideration

 The committee cannot devote the time required to finish the job within the
time frame.
 One of the members of the committee did not attend the meeting they
had.

V. Alternative Course of Action

1. The committee approaches the President to give them another chance
to prove their selves can they can do better the second time around.

Pros:
a. The President might give them another chance to prove him that
they can do better as what they asked for.
Cons:
a. The President might reject their request and didn’t give them
another chance.
2. The leader of the committee talk the President about what the
accountant did to them that he did not participate as a group instead
he did a piecemeal report without their notice.

Pros:
a. The President might listen to her about what the accountant did to
them.
b. The president might consider her reason why he did not did the
perfect report.

Cons:

a. The President might not trust her gain and make the accountant the
next leader for the next project.

VI. Recommendation
We recommend choosing the second alternative action which is the leader talks
the President about what happen during their meetings and what he accountant
did to them in the first place. Because the accountant has responsibility about the
error.
