displayed in the course confirmation menu ( Student Support System → Classes → Course
Registration and Confirmation ) Please be careful not to be penalized for taking errors . (Especially
for those who are expected to complete the course )
◦ The list of courses offered for the first semester of 2023 and the course handbook are located at the top of
the Student Support System - Classes - Course Handbook - Graduate School page, so please refer to
them when registering for courses.
※ Classrooms and class hours may change depending on department circumstances, so the list of courses offered is
for reference only .
◦ 「 Pusan National University Curriculum Organization and Operation Regulations Article 6
(Completion Invalidation) 」 Courses completed in the master's course cannot be taken again in
the doctoral course , and if completed, they are invalidated , so please be careful when
registering for courses.

take a leave of absence or return to school.
2. Add desired subjects

◦ Number of desired courses included: up to 7 courses regardless of overlapping

◦ You can register for courses during the course registration period even if you have
not added your wish list.

※ If the number of available classes is exceeded, you must apply for classes in person even if you
have obtained permission to take classes through the office of the opening department.
◦ Other notes
- Course guidance (major, post-major course completion, graduation credits, etc.) is , in principle, received from the
affiliated department office.
- If you do not register for courses within the specified period Be aware that you
will be subject to expulsion
- (Timetable notation) The timetable consists of a start time and an end time and includes a 10-minute
break for every 50 minutes . However, for 75-minute and 100-minute classes, follow
the example below.
‧ 10:30(75) : Class starts at 10:30 and lasts for 75 minutes followed by a 15-minute
break
‧ 09:00(100) : A class that starts at 09:00 and lasts 100 minutes followed by a 20-minute
break
- If you do not see the timetable in the course handbook of the student support system , contact the course
opening department .
※ You can search for the contact information of the course opening department in the “Phone
number information” at the bottom of the school website.
4. Course registration for returning students
◦ Students scheduled to return to school can also register for courses during the course
registration period and course correction period.
◦ If you are not back in school by the time you print out the temporary attendance book and the
confirmed attendance book, respectively Course registration details for students scheduled
to return to school will be deleted.
- Delete course registration details before printing temporary attendance book:

- Deletion of course registration details before output of confirmed attendance sheet

◦ For military return students, up to 1/3 of the number of school days [2023. 4. 5. (Wednesday)] Course
registration is available through the affiliated university
5. Application for waiting list ※ Only undergraduate courses can be applied for

◦ During the course registration period, you can apply for up to 2 courses within the
credits allowed for course registration during the 'waiting order registration
period' (1st day 14:00 ~ 3rd day 16:00)
◦ In case of conflict between the available credits for course registration and the timetable, you
need to set up an 'exchange course', and the 'exchange course' must be the same as or less
than the grade of the ' waiting list application course' among the courses you have
already registered for .
◦ The number of people waiting for the waiting list is 30% (rounded up) of the number of
people assigned to each group, and if the number of applicants for the waiting list is less
than the limit for each group, the application is processed automatically .
◦ When the automatic application for waiting list is processed, you can receive the
processing result as a notification ( PUSH) of the Pusan National University
Smart Campus app .
※ To be notified of the automatic application processing result for the waiting list, you must be logged in
after installing the 'Pusan University Smart Campus App'.

8. Course cancellation (w)
◦ Period: 2023. 3. 30. (Thu) 09:00 ~ 4. 5. (Wed) 18:00
◦ Target: graduate students and other graduate students
◦ Method: Student Support System – Classes – Course Cancellation – Regular
Semester Web Application
◦ Number of courses that can be canceled: up to 2 courses
- After course cancellation, course registration must be at least 3 credits (9 credits for law school)
◦ Procedure: The student himself/herself fills out and prints the application for
withdrawal from the student support system (Web), obtains the consent (signature)
of the academic advisor for the subject, and submits it to the department office of
the affiliated department (For other graduate students, the Department of Education
Innovation on the 1st floor of the university headquarters)
