The 2023 first semester general graduate school thesis submission qualification test
schedule is as follows Please read the guidelines carefully before applying and taking
the exam.

※ For English/Korean courses, proof documents must be uploaded when applying
⑤ After selecting all of the subjects to apply for, be sure to click the ' Exam Application'
button of the Thesis Submission Qualification Test application at the bottom center (
complete the application process)
※ How to cancel (modify) applied courses
① Click Graduation → Thesis Submission Qualification Test → Web Application
② Check the subject you wish to cancel from the list of previously applied subjects (★subjects applied for
major subject★)
③ Click the delete button

5 Notification of test takers

language and comprehensive exams by 10.(Fri)

- Eligibility for submission of documents: All applicants for English and Korean courses
- Evidence: Corresponding documents such as transcripts or passport copies
※ Information on supporting documents
▶ Report card: Grades obtained within 2 years as of the application deadline ('23. 3. 3.)
* Including contract department intensive TOEIC course completion
* Only regular test scores conducted by authorized institutions are recognized (special test
scores such as TOEIC are not recognized)
▶ Students who have completed alternative courses: No documents to be submitted (when applying
through the web) Applicable only when marked as “Completion” )
▶ Copy of passport (nationality holders) or graduation certificate (athlete degree holders)
③ How to submit
- When applying for 'English' or 'Korean (foreigners only)' through the Internet (web), choose one of the

1. Applicants who have obtained official (English/Korean) scores : Write the test name,
grades, date of pass, etc., and upload the transcript
* In the case of contract departments, a certificate of completion of the TOEIC intensive course
must be attached.
2. Students who have completed alternative courses : Only those who have completed the
program linked to the language education center and are marked as
“Completed” can apply
3. Nationals of English-speaking countries or those who have obtained an athlete's degree :
State your nationality and upload your passport and graduation certificate
