The majority of schools give a poor sample about the open variety of jobs in which they could
work. In relation to that, the education system does not show jobs in which they can fit their
abilities and interest.

One option could be to show students about the jobs would be to offer courses about it which
provide them with qualifications. This would put students in contact with different work activities,
in which they would gain experience for late employment.

One factor to have in account at the moment to choose what to study is which are you going to work
after study. If the education system would offer work experience in industries or any other
workplace, students could be a better idea to finally choose a career where they like the work area.

It is utterly common that students that are in their last year of high school can not make up their
minds. This is because they did not receive the necessary information about the wide range of
options that they can choose from. It is not odd that parents advise their kids about a career that they
would want to do. And children, due to their ignorance of the subject, pay attention to them and do
something they do not like. For this reason, could be a good option, to offer some talks at school to
make students an idea on the matter.

After considering all of these points, I reckon the best way to help young people find a suitable job
is by providing work experience in different works.
