Methods schools and universities use to help students find suitable jobs

For many young people, looking for a job may be a challenging task if they are not
taught about all the process. This misinformation is due to the little training on this
field, adding to the absence of real examples and useful advice about it.
To begin with, the main challenge about looking for a job is to decide which one fits
the person’s preferences. To do so, many courses and qualifications on specific fields
are offered by schools and universities. By this way, students find which is the job they
fit to. However, employers are not completely satisfied with these courses since they
are not as complete and specific as they must be.
According to the companies saying, this opinion is not shared by me. In my view, the
schools’ training is only the beginning of a long path which must be completed along
the whole employee’s career being this training not only the schools and university’s
responsibility, but also the company’s one.
In relation to this aspect, developing working experience programs while the students
are still studying establishes a great link between educative institutions and the
different companies. In addition, the more experience the future employee gains, the
easiest that making a job choice will be to him and the worthier he will be for the
company.
To sum up, the importance of an excellent education towards the performance of a job
is indispensable for making a good choice when the jobseeker has several options, but
also the interest of the companies on finding the best employers regardless of the age.
