Executive Summary

The Project manager prepared this report that details the construction activities that were
conducted on November-February 2023.
The construction team completed the following target, Completion of Roofing & Roof Framing,
Electrical & Plumbing, Plasterworks (rendering to block work & concrete works) and Skimming.
The Project:
- (Sub-Structure) 100% Complete.

- (Super-Structure) 100% Complete.

The Construction is currently on stage of Phase Three:


- Roofing & Roof Framing 100% Complete.

- Electrical & Plumbing 100% Complete.

- Exterior & Interior Finishes (Plasterworks) 100% Complete.

- (Skimming Works) 100% Complete.

Scope
The scope of this report are the milestones for Roofing, MEP, Plastering and Skimming works
such as,
Roof work
- Carpentry work on the Purlins & Rafters
- Roofing Installation
Electrical & Plumbing
- Installation of Electrical Pipes & sockets
- Installation of Plumbing Pipes
Plasterwork
- Exterior rendering to block & concrete works
- Interior rendering to block & concrete works
Skimming Works
- Preparing wall surfaces
- Prime your surfaces

Milestone:

 The milestone for this phase has been slowly delayed due to misinformation on the part
of the municipal assembly concerning the permit we had initially obtained from the assembly,
this took roughly four weeks to resolve such concern.

In conclusion, work continue to be on schedule and budget. Aside from some minor
housekeeping , the site and project is being managed and mantained well. Safety issues
raised by the site engineer has been discussed and retified. The company has managed the
permit issues raised by the municipal assembly well.
