occupants of the complex.

Project Description:

Construction of a double-storey complex as


per the provided working drawings. The
complex will include list of features such as
number of rooms, purpose of the building,
etc…..as shown on the working drawings

Scope of Work 1. Site Preparation:


Description
 - Clearing and leveling the site
 - Setting up temporary fencing for safety and security
 - Installing temporary facilities for workers
2. Foundation Work:
 - Excavation and laying of foundation
 - Installation of reinforcement bars
 - Pouring of concrete for foundation
3. Structural Work:

 - Construction of columns, beams, and slabs for both storeys


 - Installation of staircases and elevators
 - Waterproofing and damp proofing as necessary
4. External Work:
 - Installation of external walls and cladding
 - Roofing and waterproofing
 - Installation of windows and doors
5. Interior Work:
 - Partitioning of internal spaces
 Installation of elevators and staircases
 - Installation of electrical and plumbing systems
 - Finishing work such as painting, tiling, and flooring
6. Landscaping:
 - Landscaping around the complex
 - Installation of pathways and parking areas
7. Final inspections and handover
 Final inspections.
 Hand over the completed complex to the client.

Project  Completed double-storey complex ready for occupancy.


Deliverables
 - All construction debris cleared from the site.
 - Final report and documentation of the construction process.

Project  - Any work not specified in the working drawings.


Exclusions

 - Post-construction maintenance.

 The contractor must adhere to all local construction codes and


Terms and regulations.
Conditions  Any changes to the scope must be documented and approved by
both parties.
 The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits
