PROJECT: Construction of a proposed school building/Annex
LOCATION: Pleebo City, Zone 09, AG – High school campus

OBJECTIVE:
The objective of this project is to construct/build a proposed Annex consisting of 3 – class rooms, offices,
Teachers’ lunch, Auditorium, Cafeteria, and Toilet facilities.

BASIC STEPS INVOLVE TO ACHIVE THE PROJECT:

1. PLANNING
 Site selection to study all existing conditions for supporting evidence to design
 Developing the building plan.
 Analyzing the finance, owner will determine the project value as control for the entire
project implementation works, preparation, mobilization, purchasing power, labor
expenditure, transportation and contingency.
 Selecting the construction team.
2. PERMITS AND INSURANCES IN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
3. SITE PREPARATION
4. SUBSTRUCTURE AND FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION
 Profile layout
 Soil excavation
 Laying of foundation wall bearing blocks
 Backfill and sand fill
 Reinforcement works/forms works
 Construction of columns, grade beam and reinforced concrete slab
5. SUPERSTRUCTURE AND WALLS ELEVATION
 Walls construction
 Reinforcement works
 Form works
 Concrete works
 Roofing works
 Electrical works
 Plumbing works
 Decoration and beautification works / painting
 Demobilization and finishing works/turfing and drainages construction
6. PUNCH LIST
 The owner has to check and make sure that all works/stages and materials used for the
execution of the project conform to the specification of the design or according to the
master plan.
