Selecting the construction team. 2. PERMITS AND INSURANCES IN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION 3. SITE PREPARATION 4. SUBSTRUCTURE AND FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION Profile layout Soil excavation Laying of foundation wall bearing blocks Backfill and sand fill Reinforcement works/forms works Construction of columns, grade beam and reinforced concrete slab 5.
