1) INTRODUCTION :- Residential house is the sort of course that I have


taken. This house is located in bv.nagar, nellore, andhra pradesh, pin code
524004. This g+2 house has a site area of 2050.9 square feet and a plinth
area of 1330 square feet.The client is a farmer who also happens to be a
businessman. He owns property on which he farms. He had papaya farming
property, watermelon farming land, and so on. He was renting houses and
struggled to make ends meet. As a result, he desired to have his own home
for his family, prompting him to construct one

a) BACKGROUND TO THE STUDY:- The following are the reasons why


this site was chosen:1.client relationship 2. Connection between a
house and a home 3. practise on constructions filed. What I am aim
at ? I was interested in user behaviour and building strategies, as well
as how the house will become a home. What are the criticisms of this
building? It's important to understand the building's strengths and
weaknesses, as well as its design planning and performance. The
reason I'm studying the background study is to figure out how to
approach the conclusion. What I've learned from this criticism is what
are the merits and drawbacks of this building.

b) STATEMENT OF APPRAISAL :- Communication I won't break my


promises if I have great communication skills, and I'll keep track of the
problems I face.

c) PURPOSE OF THE STUDY :- The major goal and purpose of this


paper is to evaluate the construction tenquines and statergies of
building design, as well as the owner's participation in the construction
field.

d) AIM / OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY:- how the construction is going.


And to know the building's requirements and how to approach them.
e) APPRAISAL QUESTION :- 1. WHY DID I CHOOSE THIS SITE? 2.WHAT
ARE THE OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES? 3.WHAT ARE THE ENGINEER
REPONSIBILITIES ? 4.WHAT IS THE IMPACT OF THIS BUILDING ON YOUR
LIFE? 5.HOW MUCH DOES THE BUILDING COST? 6.WHAT EXPERTISE IS
EXPECTED FROM THE ENGINEER? 7. WHAT WERE THE PROBLEMS YOU
HAD DURING THE BUILDING PROCESS?

f) SIGNIFICATION OF THE STUDY:-The residential  will be


SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY. This house work started on May 30,
2021, when the site was marked. On the 8th of June 2021, columns
marking . The foundation of the columns will be laid on June 9th, 2021.
The plinth work on June 24, 2021.
Sand filling is scheduled for the 4th of July, 2021. This is the period for
house construction and work. How the construction statergis and
understand the building details, and how it is valuable to users and how
it will benefit people

g) LIMITATION THE STUDY:- self-selection of materials, work


management, and consequences of a workplace with a limited
immediate effect

2) LITERATURE REVIEW :-

a) INTRODUCTION :- The construction work will give the


structure its form, while the materials will give its appearance,
and when the construction work is over, managing the home
will be the most significant component. focusing on the users'
most fundamental requirements

c) STURCTURAL FRAME WORK:- 1. Aggregate is a finely divided
substance made composed of sand or crushed stone.
Aggregates are a key component of construction foundations
and are utilised in materials like concrete. 2. Backfilling: This is
the process of filling trenches or holes dug during excavation,
particularly around foundations. 3. Beam: Beams support the
structure by running horizontally along the main walls of a
building at ceiling level. 4. Concrete: A hard combination of
cement, gravel, sand, and water used in construction. It is used
to construct slabs, columns, and other buildings. 5.Mortar:
Mortar is a masonry cement that is used to bond stones,
bricks, and other similar sorts of units together to form a
building's walls. A number of materials, such as asphalt, pitch,
or clay, can be used to make mortar.

e) RESEARCH GAP :- For workers, there are have gaps and


misunderstandings. disturbance with the material load and
unavailable workers on time.

f) SUMMARY OF THE CHAPTER :- This will provide motivation for


project framing. having a basic grasp of construction details
and the responsibilities of the engineer and owner. time
management and completion of task within budget .And the
construction process.
