EXTENTION PERIOD : 2 months

PROJECT : This is the construction of 2 storied building as administration

building and single storied building as toilet block.

WORK DONE : Both buildings are almost completed buildings. Sub structure
and super structure is completed. Block work, plastering work,
roofing work and Finishing work is completed.

WORK TO BE DONE : There are only remaining works are glass fittings, bathroom
fittings, light and fan fittings installation and down pipes fixing.
They also have to complete pipe work for manholes from toilets
and administration building.

RISK TO THIRD PARTY : Third-party risk is minimum in this project due to construction.

FLOOD RISK : According to the conferred person, this location is moderate

flood area due to continuous raining. However, this extension
period is not implementing during the monsoon seasons.

PROJECT PROGRESS : It can be considered as 90% progress percentage at the time of

inspection.
COMMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS :

 Workers are not wear the safety clothing such as safety helmets, safety jackets, boots etc.
 Temporary electrical installation is not not properly implemented. Therefore, it is
recommended to implement proper temporarily electrical installation.
 They installed a glass door as front access to the administrative building. It can be damaged
due to accidental loss.
 According to the conferred person, some of the labors are occupy at the site.
