The Central Review’s Annual Halloween Storytelling Contest

The Central Review is seeking submissions for its annual Halloween Storytelling

Contest. All Central Michigan University students are welcome to participate.

Halloween stories, 10-12 pages in length, will be accepted. Stories can have a “spooky,

scary or fun” theme. Submissions should be sent to cmucentralreview@gmail.com by Oct. 23.

The Central Review will host a virtual event on Oct. 29. The event link will be posted to

the Central Review’s social media pages. The social media pages are linked below.

The top five winners will read their stories at the event and the first-place winner’s story

will be turned into a WMHW-FM audio drama. WMHW is a radio station run by Central

Michigan University students.

The winning stories are chosen by the Central Review’s staff of student copy editors, and

current Editor-In-Chief Dejah Love.
