EKAJAYA FAST FERRY is port to port carrier and will not accept any responsibility for delays that may cause passengers to miss their flight out of Lombok and Bali.
Passengers are advised against making onward travel plans the same day as their return trip from Gili Trawangan. Unbooked return trips are subject to availability.
Traveling with Ekajaya Fast Ferry is NOT SUITABLE for pregnant women and anyone with serious back or heart condition. The company accepts no responsibility for loss or
damage to luggage during transit. The journey to and from Gill Trawangan can get extremely bumpy Children and infants must not wander around the cabin unaccompanied.
Ekajaya Fast Ferry will not accept responsibility for children injured board the boat. Passenger must comply with company safety and regulations at all times.
Passenger are prohibited from bringing aboard explosives, volatile spirits, corrosives, ignitable, articles or offensive items that are likely not endanger the vessel or othe

In the event of ticket or booking biing cancelled by the passenger, the company reserves the right to charge cencelation fee as bellow. Cancelation more than one week of
travel full refund. Cancelation less then one week bote more than 48 hours from date of travel 50% refund Cancellatlon less than 48 hours of travel not refund. No Show
tickets NON REFUNDABLE.
