How else can the branches protect client's data privacy in their day-to-day transactions?
We have to practice extreme caution when recycling paper. 

Personal or sensitive information of individuals and of the Bank if unnecessarily exposed, may put the Bank at risk of non-
compliance and be subject to sanctions or penalties under the law. In this regard, please be reminded to:

a. NOT reuse paper containing personal or sensitive information.

b. USE clean paper when releasing documents to clients (e.g. bank certification, instant statement, etc). 

c. Properly dispose of documents containing personal or sensitive information if no longer needed (e.g. by shredding, cutting
into small parts such that the resulting material cannot be reconstructed). 

d. Securely store documents containing personal or sensitive data that are still needed.
