towards the future. We have gain advancements in many aspects, quality of life,
health, educations and what not, throughout this journey. Howbeit, some people
coincide that our parents enjoyed life better than the current generation. I believe
otherwise. My opinion is based on three arguments.

I like to take part in volunteer (VO LỜN TIA) work that helps street children. As
you know, street children are homeless and usually live alone and are unprotected

exploitation, and all sorts of abuse from people who use them for a gain such as

Regular Exercise is very important to our health because of many reasons .
First of all, doing exercise helps you to have good health, live longer, and prevent
many diseases. A study shows that people who do exercise every day have a
decreased risk of heart attacks and many other diseases and increase length of their
life.
Secondly, it is believed that doing exercise can reduce stress and improve your
mood. When you feel depressed, you do exercise, and concentrating (CON SỜN
TRÂY ĐING) on it will make you forget the depression.
Last but not least, if you want to manage your weight or improve your muscular
fitness, doing exercise is a good choice. Physical attractiveness is an important
characteristic to us so we ought to do exercise frequently to have a perfect body.
In short, there are so many benefits of doing exercise that we should do it regularly
to have good health and a beautiful life.

I think fishing is my best choice. Because fishing is a great way to spend lots of

Facebook brings in many great advantages to the youths, the adults as well as the

Therefore, I don’t agree with above statement. In my opinion, the emergence of

facebook has brought more good than harm to its users as they are able to connect
with each other cheaply and faster. Through the internet facebook users can seek
employment or employees for various categories of work that an individual has in
offer. Facebook has become a common way of communication between people
who are familiar with each other. As people connect with one another they are able
to create their own personal brands. Facebook has also become a form of

A game show might be the best choice for me. Because game show is always
going to be a light and entertaining show. I watch it because I want to have a laugh.
Even if it is a quiz show that require a lot of specialized knowledge to progress
through, I will often find that there are plenty of light-hearted (HA DID) moments
around them that create some of the most memorable moments of the show. Game
show can produce fantastic moments that I will always remember.

Working part-time can bring students some benefits. Personally, I am strongly

convinced (KỜN VIN SÌ) that students should work part-time for three reasons:
First of all, it is no doubt that working part-time seems to be more helpful as it
helps students learn more about responsibilities as well as real business challenges,

Neighbors are the people who live near us. In your opinion, what type of
neighbor is the best to have?

In our lives we are always trying to look for a good area to live, a nice house, and
most important of all good neighbors. In my opinion a good neighbor will be
respectful, social, and friendly.

The first quality of a good neighbor is respectful. Respectful means do not make
noise

The second quality that better they be social. When we become face to face, they
say a warm hello. If they did not see last days, they ask about it. 

The third quality is friendly with each other because we sometimes see our
neighbors more that our family. If they be friendly, they can help us.
In conclusion, a good neighbor will be respectful, social, and friendly that these
qualities keep us happy in area that we are living.

You want to take a trip to Ha Long Bay with your friends. There are three
means of transport to choose: train, car, motorbike. Which one do you
choose? Why? 

My favorite way to travel is by train because it’s quick, convenient, reliable and
especially punctual. 
Traveling by train bring a lot of benefits for individuals and societies. Firstly, it is
clear that the existence of public transportations will automatically reduce traffic
problems.
Secondly, if the utilisation of public transportations increased, it means that there
will be a reduction in the consumption of fossil fuels. Consequently, it will reduce
air pollution and global warming issues. Therefore, the governments should
encourage their residents to use public transportations.

Nowadays, most of us own a smartphone. It helps a lot for work but also makes
communication become less with people around than in the past.
For example, my father works from 8 in the morning until 5 in the evening. When
he comes back home, he prefers to watch channels that are related to the news to
find out what happened on that special day in the country
Young people now often immerse themselves in social networking sites such
as Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter or Instagram and forget about the existing friends
around them. This is easy to see in cafes or dining tables, when each person at the
same table only looks at his or her phone. They never talked to each other.
In addition, with the internet connection, people can work from home and
exchange work via email, messenger or via zalo, viber. That makes face-to-face
conversations less likely even when they're a few feet apart.
In short, smartphones make people less face-to-face than in the past.
Some people like to spend their money as soon as they earn it, while others
think it is better to save their money for some time in the future. Which do
you prefer?

People have different opinions on how they should spend their money. Some
people believe that they should spend money to enjoy life to the fullest while
others consider saving funds to secure their future. In my opinion, saving money is
absolutely necessary, but it should not be achieved at the cost of limiting basic
needs and recreational activities.

Saving money is vital for a bright future. Life is full of ups and down and we
cannot predict what would happen in future. For instance, a sudden job loss can put
people in financial trouble and derail their course of life. Therefore, if we spend all
of our earning in enjoying the current life, we will not be able to overcome these
difficult situations. Furthermore, we can enjoy a economically strong and
independent life during our twilight years with this saved amount. Hence, it is
important to save money.

In conclusion, it is evident to live a comfortable life throughout one’s life, it is

important to save and spend money wisely. 

Some people like to travel with a companion. Other people prefer to travel
alone. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support

Traveling is a very pleasant thing. Some people like to travel with several friends.
Other people, however, would prefer to travel alone. Each way has its advantages.
As far as I am concerned, traveling with my friends is my choice.
In the first place, you can make the trip easy.Traveling is not a very
easy activity. For example, you need to find transportation tools, hotel and
restaurant in strange places. Several friends can average these tasks so that such
things will not bother every one much and enjoy the journey more.
In the second place, you can get help when you need. There will be many
unexpected surprising thing during the journey. Such as, get lost, be sick, cannot
wake up early for the morning flight. It is very tough for people to handle these
situations by themselves especially when they travel to a strange place. Friends can
give you a hand to overcome all these difficulties. As a Chinese slang
says, "every one needs the help from others."
In addition, you can have more fun. Enjoying the scene spots is wonderful, while
traveling on the road is boring. How to spend this boring time? Talking with
friends, playing cards will help you out.
In conclusion, I prefer to travel with friends rather than travel alone not only
because the trip will be easier with friends, but also because more help and fun will
be got from friends.

Some people prefer to eat meals at restaurants, while others prefer to prepare
and eat food in their own home. Which do you prefer? 

Some people like to eat out at food stands and restaurants, while others like to
prepare food at home. Often it depends on the kind of lifestyle people have. Those
with very busy jobs outside the house don't always have time to cook. They like
the convenience of eating out. Overall, though, it is cheaper and healthier to eat at
home.

While eating in restaurants is fast, the money you spend can add up. When I have
dinner at a restaurant with a friend, the bill is usually over twenty dollars. I can buy
a lot of groceries with that much money. Even lunch at a fast-food stand usually
costs five or six dollars for one person.
That's enough to feed the whole family at home.

Eating at home is better for you, too. Meals at restaurants are often high in fat and
calories, and they serve big plates of food-much more food-than you need to eat at
one meal. If you cook food at home, you have more control over the ingredients.
You can use margarine instead of butter on your potatoes, or not put so much
cheese on top of your pizza. At home, you can control your portion size. You can
serve yourself as little as you want. In a restaurant, you may eat a full plate
of food "because you paid for it."

It's true that eating out is convenient. You don't have to shop, or cook, or clean up.
But real home cooking doesn't have to take up a lot of time. There are lots of
simple meals that don't take long to make. In fact, they're faster than eating out,
especially if you think of the time you spend driving
to a restaurant, parking, waiting for a table,, waiting for service, and driving home.

Both eating at restaurants and cooking at home can be satisfying. Both can taste
good and be enjoyed with family and friends. I prefer cooking at home because of
the money and health issues,
but people will make the choice that fits their lifestyle best.

When you face difficult problems in life, what do you feel is the best way to
solve them?
• asking someone with more experience for advice about the problem
• finding information about the problem using the Internet
• taking a long time to think about the problem

everyone must have face some problems at different stages of life. it does not
matter weather it is a difficult one or the simple one. everyone have their own way
to deal with them.
In my opinion, I feel the best way to solve difficult problem in life by asking
someone with more experience for advice about the problem.
I feel this way for two reasons,

to begin with, I contened that, the people with more experience will naturally have
more understanding of the issue. so, for better understanding, I would like to take
advice from them. my own personal experience is a compelling example of this.

secondly, the patience. I personally belive the people with more experience will
surely have more patience in them. since with time they have learned the skill of
having patience in any situation. for instance, on the way to my office there is lot
of traffic. when I go to office, I usually got stuck in the traffice and got late on
every day. one day my father was going with me. he has some work in the bank, I
decide to drop him first to the bank than will move on to my office. on the way,
again we stuck in the traffic. I was getting annoyned for the traffic and feeling bad
for again reaching office late. my father saw my this behaviour and tell me to get
cool down. he advised me in such situation you should either start earlier from
home or change your timings. there patience changed my situation, as I started to
leave earlier from home.
Everyone wants to be as healthy as possible. Fortunately, in modern society
there are many things that people can do to improve their physical condition.
